The Start:

"Magnology" was founded in March 2009 by a group of students from the faculty of engineering in Cairo University who had the dream of eliminating technological ignorance among Egyption youth. 
It’s registered as a scientific association in the faculty of engineering, Cairo University, under the supervision of the faculty administration.

 

Magnology Means:

“Magnology” is an abbreviation for "Magazine of Technology", which is the first product we launched.
 

Magnology Status:

Magnology is a non-profitable media organization based in Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering, where all the members believe in the concept of volunteerism, Magnology is not just a student activity it is considered a career and a home by its members.
 

Our Vision: 
To be regarded as the main source of meaningful entertainment media by the Egyptian youth.
 

Our Mission:
Creating meaningful, yet stylish, media for youth.

 

Our Slogan: 
Communicate With The World. 

 

The Magnooz:

Magnology members are students from different faculties and universities around Egypt, each one of them has a special talent or interest and Magnology provides them the chance to practice what they love.
 

Our Products:

1-(MOM) Magnology Online Magazine:

At the beginning of each month Magnology releases a monthly issue contains 20 articles that falls under 2 main sections social and technological.
All the articles are written in a simple way and all are free for our audience you don't even need to have an account.

2-(MPC) Magnology Podcast:
 Magnology provides an online podcast, which tackles different topics, that interest the youth in different fields, you can listen to us every month. 

3-(ME) Magnology Events:
Each year Magnology organize several events free for the students to attend.
From our previous Events: Writing workshop – Photography Workshop – Adobe Photoshop CS5 session and we continuously seek the creation of more events useful for our brothers and sisters.

4-(MSC) Magnology Space Club:  
Its main outputs are sessions about space, and videos including interesting topics about the wide mysterious space.

5-(MC) Magnology Channel:
you can watch variety of videos about tech and non-tech topics, created especially for you.

6-(MN) Magnology Newsletter:  
A periodical newsletter containing Magnology latest updates, news, and including light topics as well.

 

 

Magnology believes in volunteerism, in creativity, in friendship, and most of all in all kinds of freedom ... it's a place where all the ideas no matter how un ordinary they might be are accepted, every member of our small organization is accepted the way he/she is... and anyone is welcomed to share his ideas with us:
